The Crossroads Clubhouse, located at 207 North Monroe Street, provides services to assist members in achieving social, financial, and vocational goals. Membership is voluntary, and members choose the way they utilize the Clubhouse. Crossroads has a work-ordered day structure with members and staff working together in the running of the Clubhouse. The focus is on consumer strengths, talents and abilities. International Standards for Clubhouse Programs, and the DCH Clubhouse site review protocols are used as program development guides at Crossroads Clubhouse.
