Customer Services
Customer Services is a link between a consumer, their community mental health system,
and their community. Customer Services assists consumers , their family members, or
anyone in the community who wants information about services or supports in Monroe
County.
Services
Customer Services seeks to reduce stigma by educating the community and assure the Monroe
CMHA system gives care that is respectful.
Customer service provides information on consumer rights and what to do if consumers are
not happy with their services or want to share how services can improve.
Customer Services is also a link to the Consumer Advisory Committee. The committee
provides an opportunity for consumers to provide input and offer recommendations on programs
and services.
Customer Services can help you with:
- Understanding the Mental Health System.
- Questions about Benefits.
- Information on how to get services.
- Concerns about consumer care and services.
- The Grievance Process.
- Appeals rights.
- Self-Advocacy.

Monday through Friday and after hours by appointment.
