For Emergency Situations

For emergency services (e.g., if you or your child are feeling like hurting yourself or someone else or experiencing extreme psychological symptoms) you may walk into the clinic at 1001 South Raisinville Road (map or directions) between 8:30AM and 4:30PM for a face to face evaluation and assessment.

Phone calls are always preferred ahead of time to let us know you are coming and to make sure you are able to receive the right help at the right place at the right time. If you call with an emergency such as those mentioned above, please do not leave a voice mail message with an access worker! Instead, please dial zero and explain to the operator that you need to talk to someone immediately. You can reach someone 24-hours a day by calling 734-243-7340.
