MCMHA Surplus Vehicle Sale By Sealed Bids
Monroe Community Mental Health Authority is no longer accepting bids for the sale of the following five (5) vehicles.
The vehicle sale closed at 3:00 PM, Friday, August 28, 2009.

Vehicles will be available for public viewing on the following dates and times at the MCMHA Raisinville east parking lot:
Monday, August 24, 2009 from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm
Tuesday, August 25, 2009 from 9:30 am – 11:00 am
Thursday, August 27, 2009 from 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm
Vehicles may not be driven on MCMHA premises due to insurance liabilities. Call Tim Neville at
(734) 243-7340 ext. 8725 with any questions regarding the bid process. Bids must be submitted on
the MCMHA Surplus Vehicle Bid Form. Click on link to download the form.
Vehicles will be sold AS-IS & no warranties shall be given. MCMHA reserves the right to
accept/reject any and all bids. Official completed bid forms must be received in a sealed
envelope marked “SEALED BID”, & mailed or hand-delivered to the Monroe Community Mental Health
Authority, Attn.: Jennifer Blackburn, Administrative Services Supervisor, 1001 South Raisinville
Rd, PO Box 726, Monroe, MI 48161 prior to Friday, August 28, 2009, at 3:00 pm.

3:30 pm, Friday, August 28, 2009 at the MCMHA Hawthorne Room – 1001 S. Raisinville Rd, Monroe, MI.
