Monroe Community Mental Health Authority (MCMHA) is requesting Qualification proposals for Professional Pharmacy Services. Any firm that intends to respond to this RFQ must notify MCMHA according to page 11 of the bid packet, and the proposal envelope shall be addressed to MCMHA and be clearly marked according to page 12 of the bid packet.

Any questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted to MCMHA by end of business day Friday, August 6, 2010 via e-mail to rpetkovich@monroecmha.org. Any clarification or amendments to this RFQ will be posted here.

Proposals will be received until Friday, August 13, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. EST. All proposals submitted shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid due date. MCMHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or accept any proposal, which, in our opinion, will serve our best interest.
