Logo for Community Mental Health Partnership of Southeastern Michigan The Community Mental Health Partnership of Southeastern Michigan (CMHPSM) is a collaborative effort between Lenawee, Livingston, Washtenaw and Monroe Counties and was established in 2002. This affiliation is in response to meeting the state requirment of affiliating with other Community Mental Health agencies to provide services to at least 20,000 or more medicaid covered lives.

Michigan's Department of Community Health (MDCH) strives for a healthier Michigan. To that end, the department will:
