Employee Benefit Brokerage and Consulting Services


The Monroe Community Mental Health Authority is soliciting proposals from insurance brokers/consultants qualified to perform and interested in providing Employee Benefit brokerage and consulting services for Monroe Community Mental Health Authority. MCMHA is interested in obtaining the services of a professional, highly qualified benefits brokerage and consulting firm to provide a full range of services related to the design, implementation, analysis, maintenance, improvement, and communication of an employee insurance benefits program. Interested and qualified brokers/consultants who have demonstrated their ability at comparable work are invited to submit proposals.


In preparation of your proposal and to facilitate the comparison of proposals, each Offerer shall review the attached Request for Proposals and prepare a response in accordance with the submittal format outlined in the RFP.

Monroe Community Mental Health Authority is accepting sealed bids for the sale of the following two (2) vehicles.

Vehicles may not be driven on MCMHA premises due to insurance liabilities. Call Jeff Koras at (734) 384-8397 with any questions regarding the bid process. Bids must be submitted on the MCMHA Surplus Vehicle Bid Form.

Vehicles will be sold AS-IS & no warranties shall be given. MCMHA reserves the right to accept/reject any and all bids. Official completed bid forms must be received in a sealed envelope marked “SEALED BID”, & mailed or hand-delivered to the Monroe Community Mental Health Authority, Attn.: Jennifer Quick, Administrative Services Supervisor, 1001 South Raisinville Rd, PO Box 726, Monroe, MI 48161 prior to Tuesday, February 28, 2017, at 3:00 pm. (Faxed or e-mailed bids will NOT be considered.) Sealed bids will be publicly opened & read at 3:30 pm, Tuesday, February 28, 2017 – 1001 S. Raisinville Rd, Monroe, MI.
